Snow and the Sea

Down by the "sea" Lake Michigan earlier today. Hope you like this shot. - in Port Washington Wisconsin during snow. At first I was upset the people walking came along but kept shooting anyways. Now that I see them think it gives great scale. Do you think they add or take away from the image?
